C.A.T.S. is an organization created by instructors dedicated to educating tomorrows technicians. C.A.T.S. was founded in ???? and has grown to include 35 members representing 35 educational institutions in Colorado, New Mexico and Wyoming.
C.A.T.S. members are committed to continuing education in order to keep abreast of changing technologies in today's and tomorrows transportation needs.
